Project Development

We accomplished different projects, which required different processes and methodologies of development. Services section describes development processes for different types of projects. Here you can find more detailed description of Custom software product development processes. Usually we use RUP-methodology for custom software product development.

Regardless of the development methodology, from the customer's point of view project is divided into the following phases:

• Inception. The goal of this phase is to get into customer's problem domain and create proposal package, which is a basis for further development;
• Execution includes design, implementation and testing of the project;
• Acceptance of the project by the customer and further support.
